Privacy policy

Details you or your family give us for the matrimonial profile: name, date of birth, religion, community, education, work, location, family background, partner preferences and photos.

Contact details (mobile number and email), used to verify the profile and shared only as described below.

Basic usage information such as login times and profiles viewed, used to keep the service safe.

If you choose to verify your ID: your Aadhaar or PAN number and a photo of the card. This is optional and is used only to check that the profile is genuine and to show the "ID verified" badge.

We never store your full Aadhaar number, only its last 4 digits. You may upload a masked Aadhaar.

Card photos and PAN numbers are stored encrypted and can be opened only by our verification team. Other members never see them, only the badge.

You can ask us to delete your card photos at any time, and they are deleted along with your account.

Visitors who are not logged in see only a first name, age, city and broad details. They never see photos, full names or contact details.

Registered members see your profile and approved photos.

Your mobile number and email are shown to another member only after you both accept an interest.

Our staff can see and edit profiles to verify them and to make changes you request on a call. Every staff change is logged.

ID card photos are encrypted on our own server and are never shared with anyone outside our team.

Photos are stored privately and shown through links that expire within an hour. Location data embedded in photos is removed on upload.

Passwords are never stored in readable form. All traffic is encrypted.

We do not sell your information to anyone.

You can edit your profile, delete photos or hide your profile at any time from your dashboard, or ask us to do it for you.

To delete your account permanently, email info@diagnobuddy.in from your registered email or call +91 95575 55027. We remove it within 7 working days.
